Exercise during the first trimester
Exercise during the first trimester can be a hit or miss. Some get hit with extreme fatigue and morning sickness making it difficult to move and others feel perfectly normal. This is why there is no one size fits all approach to exercise during pregnancy.

If you’re exercising during your first trimester for the most part there aren’t many modifications you will need to make, however here are some things you can begin focusing on to help you in the months to come.

Focus on:
👉🏼Posture & alignment
👉🏼Strength training to support your body for everyday life.
👉🏼Diaphragmatic breathing, creating balance and connection to the core and pelvic floor.
👉🏼Maintain some level of activity even with mild to moderate fatigue (it can help relieve symptoms sometimes)
👉🏼Spend some time learning about the changes occurring in your body so you’re able to adjust when needed.
