Join me live every Thursday at 9:30 AM MST for a 45-minute total-body strength workout as part of our 4-week series. This series is designed to help you feel great, move better, and build strength with minimal equipment (just dumbbells) from home.

We will focus on building a solid foundation with exercises that target your core, pelvic floor, and total body. Each class will provide exercise modifications for those who are pregnant, postpartum, or looking for low-impact movement, ensuring you progress week by week.

All sessions will be recorded and emailed to you, available for 2 weeks, so you can continue progressing and building strength on your own time.

This four-week series will run from 04/10/25-05/01/25 and you have two options to sign up.

Full Series: Select the full series class option to get access to all four classes for a discounted rate. $60

Class Drop-In: Select the class drop-in option and the number of classes (one, two or three) that you would like to register for. Finalize your registration by confirming the date(s) you would like to attend at checkout. $18/class.

Classes will be hosted via Zoom, a video conference platform free to use. Upon signing up you will receive an email link within 24 hours with all the details to join us live from your phone or computer. *Pre registration is required. Please note that classes with less than 2 registrants are subject to cancellation.
