Workout from home with me in real-time! 06/11/24-07/02/24
Join me live every Tuesday at 9:00 am MST for a 45-minute total-body workout. Feel great, move better and build strength using minimal equipment (dumbbells) from home. This class will help you reduce abdominal coning and pelvic floor symptoms by teaching you how to connect to your deep core and pelvic floor muscles. Classes will focus on the whole body with exercise modifications if you’re pregnant, postpartum or just in need of low-impact movement.
During each class you will have the option to turn on your video camera while I coach you through each move or simply follow along camera free.
All sessions will be recorded and emailed to you for a limited time (2 weeks).
This four-week series will run from 06/11/24-07/02/24 and you have two options to sign up.
Class Drop-In: Select the class drop-in option and the number of classes (one, two or three) that you would like to register for. Finalize your registration by confirming the date(s) you would like to attend at checkout. $15/class.
Full Series: Select the full series class option to get access to all four classes for a discounted rate. $50
Classes will be hosted via Zoom, a video conference platform free to use. Upon signing up you will receive an email link within 24 hours with all the details to join us live from your phone or computer. *Pre registration is required. Please note that classes with less than 2 registrants are subject to cancellation.
