I put together a playlist with 4 new workouts that you can do from home in 15 minutes or less, with minimal to no equipment (say what?!)
In the workout videos I am showing modifications for those of you who are pregnant, postpartum or simply looking for a lower impact version. You will find a variation of total body, core, upper body and HIIT (high intensity interval training) workout styles to get you moving this upcoming week.
