Today I am sharing 4 exercises that are safe to do during pregnancy and postpartum. 

When it comes to core training during this season it’s all about connecting/reconnecting to your deep core (TVA) while managing intra abdominal pressure. 

These exercises are a great way to start up core training and build a strong foundation for every day movement. 
If you’re pregnant and uncomfortable flat on your back use pillows to prop yourself up.
