A New Journey
Today I take on a new journey, but before I share that, I would like to tell you a little bit about how I got here. My passion for fitness began in 2010 after I decided to make a change and start living a more healthy and active lifestyle. Seeing and feeling the difference it made in my life, I knew I wanted to help people experience these benefits too. Since then, I have been helping others achieve their personal goals through individualized training and fitness classes.
It wasn’t until I became a Mom that I discovered my purpose and pursued additional education to help Moms stay fit and healthy. Through this process, I realized the lack of information available to women on how to properly train. I found that even with my background in fitness, my initial approach to training did not prepare me for the physical and mental demands that pregnancy brings.
Having learned from my experience, my goal is to share everything I have learned with you to better prepare you and help you experience the mental, emotional, and physical benefits that proper exercise will provide for you during this special time. I will be sharing with you tips on nutrition, fitness, mindfulness, and overall healthy habits that you can implement into your busy lifestyle. I can’t wait to interact with each and every one of you and embark on this new journey with you.
